The Platform is designed to empower users with knowledge and tools for natural beauty care.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

Recipe purchases are processed securely through Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Exchange rates for reference purposes are approximate.
Purchased recipes grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the recipe for personal purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially reproduce purchased recipes.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The AI-powered skin and hair analysis is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for specific skin or hair concerns. Confidence scores and recommendations are generated by AI and should be treated as guidance, not definitive assessments.

6. DIY Recipes and Formulations

All recipes and formulation suggestions are for educational purposes. Always perform a patch test before applying any new product to your skin or hair.
Herbiskea is not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or skin/hair damage resulting from the use of any recipe or formulation created on the Platform.
Ingredient safety data, usage percentages, and compatibility information are provided as general guidelines. Individual responses may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Herbiskea, including text, graphics, logos, recipes, articles, and software, is the property of Herbiskea or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of purchased recipes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful files
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
Redistribute or commercially resell purchased recipes or content

9. Limitation of Liability

Herbiskea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herbiskea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to adverse reactions from DIY recipes, reliance on AI analysis results, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
